For the last six years, just one man, Senator Harry Reid, the majority leader had the complete say on whether any bill passed by the Republican House will be approved by the Senate and go to the President for signature. And he did a "great job" by holding up more than three hundred bills passed in the House. His dereliction of duty has negatively impacted the lives of millions of Americans
Mr. Reid was able to accomplish this with the full blessings of our mainstream press - New York Times, ABC, NBC, CBS and several other news outlets which subscribe to the false notion that a government which can control and regulate every aspect of the lives of people is the supreme institution and the only one that matters! The problem with this view is that we have to make sure that all those who run our government are morally and ethically fit to do their jobs. But human nature and history proves that those in power abuse their position.
And that brings us to the founding of this great republic - The United States of America, our home! The problem with this false notion is that it is contrary to the very ideal on which this nation was founded. If you read The Declaration of Independence you can figure out that individual freedom is the supreme value which made America,not "REDISTRIBUTION of wealth created by people who work hard to make it.
